A Coimbatore studio for Kerala-style and contemporary homes.
We specialise in Nalukettu, Tharavadu, contemporary and fusion residences — and carry every project from the first sketch to handover. Transparent fixed-cost contracts, weekly progress photos on WhatsApp, and a 12-month defects liability after handover.
Based in Saravanampatti, Coimbatore. We build across Tamil Nadu and Kerala — Coimbatore, Pollachi, Palakkad, Thrissur, Ernakulam, Tirupur, Erode, Salem — and design remotely (plans + 3D + BOQ) pan-India and for NRI clients. We work in English, Tamil and Malayalam.
